The Standing Committee of the National Assembly starts its 15th meeting session today in Hanoi.
During the five-day session, to wrap up on Saturday, the committee will review bills including legislation to amend criminal law, public debt management and state compensation.

Legislators Wednesday criticized an urban planning bill being considered by the National Assembly.
